Financial Support

Our support package for domestic students is one of the most competitive in the nation. The starting stipend is $25,000 per year for all students, plus an additional $5,000 fellowship for qualified applicants. There are no tuition charges. In addition, students receive health and dental insurance coverage. We also offer a relocation bonus of $1,000 to cover the cost of relocation to Los Angeles.

Teaching assistants (TAs) supervise laboratory work, grade papers and proctor exams. Research assistants (RAs) are funded from grants given by government agencies or companies for specific research projects conducted by the faculty. RAs devote their time to the projects providing their appointments.
